It's a recent thing, he'd mostly stopped until a few weeks ago.
Kinda glad I'm not the only one who noticed.

A) I'd be surprised if the author wrote that headline, it'll have been the editor.
B) You've all taken the term sexist and forgotten to remove the social stigma that goes along with that term, a human that is sexist is entirely different from an object that is sexist. A sexist possesses a sexist attitude, whereas a sexist object is inherently sexist. A urinal being sexist is different to a person being sexist. See what I'm saying? The definition of sexist is: "discriminatory on the basis of sex" and based on the claims of the article there's every reason to say that it is.

I obviously can't speak for the rest of the cast but I didn't take the social stigma out of the equation because I'm pretty sure whoever wrote the headline was very well aware of this as well. The phrasing of the headline was a deliberate choice on that blog's part, and if research really shows that there's a difference in depth perception between genders then there are far better ways of writing about this than just referring to a piece of hardware as being "sexist", or worse yet, designed to be sexist, which was the original title.

The reason why I don't believe the headline genuinely meant to distance itself from the 'common' interpretation of the word is because if it did, then that's an extremely dumb question in itself. If it's "discriminatory on the basis of sex" and the research is true, then of course it's 'sexist'; but is that really what it's asking? And either way the headline fails to address the bigger issue—the idea that this is inherent to how we perceive depth rather than it having anything at all to do with Oculus or the team behind it, which, once again, is what it suggests. Either way I saw it as being poorly phrased, and thus saw the inclusion of social stigma to be intentional. So I took it that way.

That's pretty much it. Adding anything else wouldn't really get the point across any better.

When I listened to the bit over about guitar hero. You said I was worse than Max and to be clear Max was bad at guitar hero and I wasn't.

Doesn't matter. I still beat you every time we played, except for that one time I "mysteriously" missed half the notes in a piss easy song when I was playing "someone" on Max's account... ;)

great podcast guys.

My apologies for not making it in here to comment more often.

Just a few quick hits.

- Region locking is balls. It's a very annoying practice and serves no real purpose but to infuriate consumers
- Xbox One price cut on bundles is a good thing. Not sure why it's LOL worthy. They were selling either way, it's a promotion. (value wise, this bundle is easily argued as better than the PS4)
- Titanfall, funny enough, coming from someone who doesn't really care for FPS games or online multiplayer, is a lot of fun.
- I think VR certainly could be the next big thing, but I think the potential for eye problems needs to be thoroughly studied before this becomes mass market.
- I also agree with Joey (I think it was). Origin gets a bad rap, but it's not really much different from Steam. At all.

Any thoughts on SimCity finally getting an offline mode?

All I can picture is this.

Loved the show this episode. Loved Joey getting burned trying to burn me. Loved the comments about Joe. Didn't love the part where I forgot to submit questions. I'll get on that in the morning.

LOL! I love that video.

Yeah Joey clearly has never player Titanfall and is quick to knock it (as expected).

I generally hate competitive first person shooters but Titanfall is, honestly, one of the best multiplayer experiences I've had.

Shit, I totally forgot about Joey's boner for MAG in the show.

And what a justified boner it is.

Also, I was in the beta for.4 months prior to release and got it before street date, so I played it longer. :D But what a game, right? I miss it so much...

Remember how I got made fun of by people for sucking in the MAG beta? Boy did I get them in the end. I really wish MAG was still around. They really could have populated the game if they made it F2P.

Too much emphasis on teamwork, too many CODfags prefer runnin' n' gunnin'.

But yeah man, we had some killer fun with MAG.

I was doing that and look at what I was able to do in the game. The thing is people didn't heal.
