only found minecraft classic :/ basically build mode

The phone version is ass. There's literally no content on it, sadly to say.
I honestly think Notch is overcharging for EVERYTHING. I'm glad I bought it back when it was only around $13 (only 5 of which I spent outta my pocket). It's a great game, but is it worth 20 goddamn dollars? It's tough to say. I wouldn't spend that much money for it, personally... Though I would definitely get my money's worth, so yeah. :\

I'd spend $30-ish on it myself. It's an amazing timesink, but it's not really a game so much as it is a toy.
Like Ben though, really glad I got it when it was $13.
