Chicken is a low cost food that has many uses. Beef can be priced on just about any scale depending on the cut, and it too is very versatile. I don't think it's fair to pit the two against each other without making specifications. |

Good beef is better than good chicken. Bad chicken nearly doesn't exist. And for your average everyday meal, I'd prefer chicken over beef. So I voted chicken. |
