Is Dell a good PC Manufacturer?

Dell also offers Linux on their computers btw, which is pretty pro-competition I guess, so kudos to them for that.

yeah but you have to pay $400 for them to add it on.

In a nutshell, yeah I think Dell's a good one. When my computer started acting up, though, we didn't even bother with customer service. We just had my mom fix it. No Indians for us!
