I also discovered that the code I got to register the game on the SE website (just to show I have it) could also be registered on another page, giving me a code to register on PSN to download the Early Access launcher, which allows me to play the game before official launch AND gives me two more bonus items.

Not often you get this much stuff in a Limited Edition. So far, very impressed with the value for money aspect, and I know the game is good already...

I'm going to be completely biased either way. That said FFXI I saw and wasn't too impressed with. But getting my hands on this one, and actually spending a lot of time with it, and with it having PC-PS3 cross-play, it's actually really very good. And I was checking out the monthly subs costs, and they're well cheap - just over £6 for a single character, or just over £7 for 8 characters.

inb4 sypher dropping in to call me a hypocrite over my comments about not paying for XBL. This is a paid subs game, period, and I can either play it or not play it. Paying for XBL essentially unlocks what everything else does for free, which is my beef.

Awaiting my CD key. They took my email address as "@hotmail.co" instead of .com so I've had to email tech support to get that changed too. My CD key is gonna go to a flipping email address that doesn't exist.
