Maybe it is like that for the console version because I don't remember that on the PC version.

Was under the impression PC version was getting the updates too. It doesn't really matter, bought the g me for £2 like 2 years ago, I don't feel entitled for continuous support of the game, least the peasants have their share of the pie.

Yeah I got it around that price too. Aaaages ago. £12 I found a bit steep when compared to what I had already payed but I'm more than getting my money's worth.

More updates is nice, but for me there's already enough content, which is vast when you compare it to something like Minecraft.

I also remember getting it and gifting it cause I'm awesome.

So I'm making other worlds to stripmine, and once I've done with them, I delete them.

So I'm deleting a few spare worlds, and once I'm done, I go to boot up my current world (the snow one).

It starts loading, then freezes.

I wait.

Finally realise it's crashed, so I hold the PS button, select "Quit", and go back to XMB.

Boot up Terraria again.

My world is gone.

Every single statue, with several dupes.

99x4 of every single type of ore.

Mannequins wearing every single type of armour on the top floor.

Bird powered goldfish, slime, pirahna and rabbit farms.

Chests full of every kind of material.

Chests full of unique and rare weaponry.

All gone.

All I have to show for my troubles is purely the things my character was holding, which thankfully includes a full set of Dragon Armour (console exclusive), Adamantite drill and chainsaw, Pwnhammer, Magic Mirror, Dual Hook, and a few statues I collected from my last raid.

I have never felt physically sick due to a game before tonight.

So... Awesomalia is no more.

Depends on how haphazardly you run around deleting worlds and whatnot.

Official Wikia lists it as a bug on both versions, so *shrugs*

I can do that, but be warned, the Wall is bugged on console. He will sometimes spawn facing the wrong way, dragging your ass with him.

If you can be on in 90 minutes from now, I shall come over and kill him for you. I will even drop you a set of wings (angel or demon?) and a set of adamantite armour, because you'll fucking need them in hard mode...
