Even if it does, its not like you have to stare at them while youre downloading something.

Yeah but uTorrent was filled with crapware and ads so I left it. Plust qBittorent is light weight and doesn't have crapware or ads and I say it is much better than uTorrent. Seems things download faster for me.

fucking LOVE Transmission

I'd probably even suggest switching OSes just to use it if you're on Windows :p

So...Microsoft is interested in Winamp it seems.

Can't say I blame them, no one actually uses WMP. I'd suspect an XB1 and Win8/9 integration.

OMG if they replace WMP with winamp microsoft would really gain some respect. Also the next windows release seems to cover all platforms. One OS on all devices. Xbox, PC, and phone.

It would be one OS possibly by name but to run the same OS over a phone as well as a PC is rediculous.

They've been talking about that alot on TWiT, saying that Win8 is still an adolescent OS while the XB1 and WP feel mature. It's going to be aimed at tablet and touch interfaces though, so the classic desktop everyone loves is gone.

Well, so long as Windows 7 is on the Market, I don't see a problem.

I honestly find that organising and using the metro system and it's native apps a ballache to use. Still.

I find the Bone to be wonderful, easy and intuitive. Yeah the style is the Metro too but I don't mind the style, I just want ease of use. But the Bone got it right and I love it.

Where as Xbox Music is fucking awful to use on Win8, it's amazing on X bone and works a treat.

It angers me. It's not like they can't do it. I'd happily have no issue with Win8 if it hadn't shipped with my laptop.

like the article says I'd rather it dies as opposed to getting MORE bloated.
