It isn't even that. I was mildly disgruntled about how I was given options that were taken away almost immediately...

And then given back? Apparently they aren't swapping carriers? The idea of switching had to do with a salesman inputting something wrong when my mom went to buy a blackberry. The dude sold her the wrong phone for an upgrade, and it couldn't be reversed. After several days of bullshit, they gave her two phones with crazy discounts attached for her troubles (and due to her being with the service for so long).

I guess this is still on? I don't even. Fuck smooth businessmen and phone carriers. ._.
