Hideous filthy pigdog lies.

Caleb, if sypher was right all the time that would make him the Lord... He ant the Lord... :hmm:

Yes, I am. And seeing as how I'm always right, you can be sure I'm telling the truth.

Still didn't answer the abortion question. How can you prove yourself to be always right unless you answer such a controversial and opinionated question?

Oh you mean that the hockey guys are allowed all their gear? They hockey may have an advantage.
Be fun trying to watch them maneuver on dry land in their skates though.

1. Limit 'sticky' posts at tops of forums to 2 MAX! Too many sticky's hides the active topics - and people start to ignore them.
2. Put the most active forum at the TOP of the forum list in the index - you want to guide users to congregate where the most action is and then spread out from there.
3. Limit the diversity of forums. Many admins will try and 'over-categorize' to pigeon hole various topics - unfortunately, this usually creates a few well-used forums and a large portion of dormant forums. This makes things confusing and also gives the illusion that the forum is a vast wasteland of dead topics rather than a bustling discussion centre. my advice - create the following structure:
- general chat
- sony-related
- nintendo-related
- microsoft-related
- introduce yourself
- site feedback

4. - the site's main url currently goes to a header graphic which allows a mailto and nothing else - this should at least have a introducing page or redirect to the forum index.

:cop: This is not your site. Let blokeh and Pie run it their way. When I suggest things for the site I suggest things there things that go well with their out look on the site and stuff to add. This is just scraping the whole look of the boards. Also this is my job so :shoot:

In an attempt to prevent the oncoming shitstorm from Rabbit, I'd just like to say to JZ that the dude works with this kind of thing for a living, and he knows what he's talking about. His suggestions are spot on accurate.

However....

They wouldn't all work with these forums, considering the amount of content we have.

Bear in mind I've already taken on board (and actually done) some of what Rabbit said, and its worked for the better.

Also, your job is a Writer.

Hmmm.... :hmm:
