Actually, firing a warning shot my be considered illegal due to the fact that you could kill someone with a stray bullet . If she was really in danger like she said she would have shot her husband then she would have been able to use the stand your ground law as a defense.


This case should have never even hit court the way it did. The media went ham on this when it happened and even Obama took the side of Trayvon saying that if he had a son it would have looked him him. The democratic media shaped this case into a racial issue. NBC actually doctored photos of the back of George Zimmerman head to make it seem he wasn't badly hurt. They were the ones who also edited the 911 call to make it seem he was hunting a black kid. George Zimmerman was jumped by Trayvon as he went to go see what he was doing late at night in his area. Remember, George Zimmerman was a neighborhood watch captain. He is going to be curious to see what is going on and him and Trayvon had every right to be there that night. They got into a fight. The one eye witness to the case said he saw Trayvon on top of George Zimmerman. If George Zimmerman didn't fire his weapon Trayvon might have killed him. I am glad this case came to an end and Zimmerman is a free man. The trial was more than fair and justice was brought to us.

We all know that if this was the other way around the nation would have been barking a different tune. Now the DOJ is looking to bring up charges against Zimmerman which they shouldn't be able to do since the DOJ took sides with the Trayvon case saying "if a community perceives that there’s something wrong in the black community, there’s something wrong." source. The DOJ is not suppose to take sides. They have also been caught organizing protests for Trayvon. source

The Neighborhood Watch is supposed to do that, WATCH.

Fuck this dude and his itchy trigger finger. It is ridiculous that is legal to stalk someone based on an assumption. This dude is not the law, he is merely supposed to report to the law.

There were still grounds to use that defense, but Florida doesn't understand anything that's remotely legal, so it cherry picks the use of its laws. Neighborhood watchman sees a kid that may or may not be up to no good, so he shoots the kid - innocent. Woman fires a warning shot to fend off an abusive husband that has a protective order filed against him - guilty, twenty years because "IZ DA LAW, CAN'T CHANG IT, LOL, HURR DURR".

Texas sucks because they understand the laws they're putting in place that screw people over and make us look bad, and they couldn't give two shits about the consequences. Florida sucks more because they have no fucking idea how to apply any law properly, whether it's state, federal, or local.

He didn't just shoot Trayvon for shits and giggles. He was seeing what trayvon was doing and confronted him. Trayvon attacked Zimmerman and slammed his head in the ground. Zimmerman to defend himself drew his gun and shot him in self defense. Only one shot was fired. If he shot more than once he probably would have went to jail.

Yes, we do know that, based on the fact that a black woman got 20 years for firing a shot into concrete, not injuring anyone. We know this because a black man is serving time for murder for shooting one of the white kids who were trying to beat his son to death over an internet rumor.
