Anyone picking it up? I put my preorder down for it already. Preorder comes with a free download for Kid Icarus 3D. Fuck the haters, I love that game . I have a copy of it with box and instructions somewhere...

Any who, the game looks like fun. But reviewers have been pointing out that it is kinda uncomfortable to play which gives me bad memories of Metroid Prime Hunters. That game was fun as hell, but then carpel tunnel kicked in and I had to take frequent breaks in order to play that game.

This was one of the two games that I bought a 3DS for (The other being 's Mansion).

Pre-ordered it some weeks ago. 35 dosh down right now, the last 5 or 10 or whatever is going down when I pick up the game on Friday.
Should be absolutely glorious.

I'm playing the shit out of my Vita right now. I'll get to it to soon tho.

Paid off the game today, can't wait to go pick it up.

Got the game, and just played through the first three missions.
Gotta say, I'm lovin' the game so far. The banter between the characters is entertaining, and I've found myself laughing a few times already.
I can see where/how a lot of reviewers were having trouble with the controls, but I'm faring off just fine. You can also customize em, so your only complaints are left to how you're holding the 3DS.

For me, the stand works somewhat well... Though my desk is a little low, so I have to hunch over if I want the 3D effect (or I can just move to a proper seat, instead of sitting on this fucking gamers chair. That being said, I fare off just fine with the 3DS being supported with my knee. The whole system stays stable with my right pinky holding the side (sounds awkward, I assure you it isn't).

So the flying sequences are the easiest to control, the ground stuff is kinda tough but managable.

Fun game though, really fun. I still wish that the add on analog would have been compatible with twin stick controls instead of just being for leftys.

Double post: holy scratched screen Batman! I put on one of them screen protectors so that the screen won't get scratched. Problem is that THOSE FUCKING AIR BUBBLES PISS ME OFF

I should seriously learn to pace myself with this game.
Usually I can play 3D games for ages on end, but I'm finding myself with mild headaches after only a level or two... I guess it's because there's shit absolutely EVERYWHERE in this game. It's messin' with my eyes.

Seriously though. Great freakin' game. I'm pretty happy with what I got, and I think it was well worth the wait.

Double posting. Played a little bit of multiplayer today... I am seriously happy that they got online matches in this game.
I was enjoying the hell out of it. If you've got this game, don't ignore the multiplayer (which is easy to do, honestly, the story holds up damn well on its own).

I find myself laughing at the dialogue.

It is campy as hell, but really fun voice acting.

want, after I get RE Revelations though. I haven't played it, but what makes this game's controls worse than, say, Metroid Prime Hunters? It sounds exactly the same to me, and people loved that game
