The demo that matters, as of today? Resident Evil: Revelations.

If you haven't heard of it, go hear about it. If you've heard of it, play the demo. Graphically, it's looking VERY nice, and the gameplay actually isn't bad at all... And I was playing WITHOUT the circle pad. I can see a few elements being pulled from the classic RE titles, which is a good thing, but I can't help but frown upon the fact that people are still relying on jump scares.

The demo itself isn't creepy at all, but it's only a small slice of the full cake, so I'll let that slide. Aside from that, I thought it was pretty entertaining.

Also, my only real complaint here? The demos have usage caps... I mean, what the fuck? The usage cap is 30, which is probably more than I see myself playing it, but that's besides the point. Who made this decision? Why make this decision!?
