actually level 5 is bring it over, capcom thinks the series is a flop because its not a fighter or zombie game

Funny. The story/confirmation has Capcom announcing/hinting for the US release and no mention of Level-5 aside from them not being present at all.

Okay, I'm happy that it's coming to the states, and I knew this would happen regardless. There was just way too much pointing in favor of it... HOWEVER. One of my biggest pet peeves, in relation to gaming media, is how the public reacts to a company when they say 'We have NO PLANS to x'.

No plans != Never gonna happen

I know bringing that up won't do a damn thing, but every time I see someone misinterpreting the phrase I get anally ravaged and start spewing rage-filled lava from my eyes.

I knew it would happen, and this confirmation doesn't surprise me in the least. That being said, I'm buying every copy in Jersey, and most in New York.

Yeah, I remember when Atlus said they had "no plans" to release Catherine in the US...

Also, I'd prefer Capcom to handle localization, at least that way it could keep an Ace Attorney vibe script-wise (don't really give a damn about Layton tbh).

considering the fact that most companies used that phrase to say "no" in the past it now makes a lot of people jump the gun on it, plus why bring over a non canon game and not a game that canonical unless the company whos doing the other character is bringing it over instead? level 5 is producing it

Well yeah, I could see where people would make assumptions, I guess it's a thing that bugs me when it shouldn't. Either way, neato that it'll be here.
