It is out. I'm posting on the 3DS browser right now. Pretty fast. I nabbed Excite bike 3D for free while it lasted.

Edit: Still can't watch youtube videos but you can see the black box of were the video would be so maybe in the future we can watch youtube videos.

The browser is trash, but having the e-shop live is nice. Excitebike is still fun after all these years.
