So I'm having trouble with my 3DS and the symptoms are very...odd. So far I've noticed...
1.One the "home" menu, everything runs perfectly fine for about 30 seconds, then the system freezes, and the icon on the top creen(rotating cartridge, face raider head whatever) dissapears so all that I can see is the checkered wall in the back. I can still toggle the 3D on and off and the music still plays normally but nothing else works.
2.Trying to run a DS game, mii maker or options leads to a frozen black screen.
3.Camera works until you take a picture, at which point it freezes, and in the music gets caught in a two beat or so loop.
4.Records works fine but I'm stuck there, as in the menu button doesn't work.
5.The music channel works 100% fine. Even the home button works.
6.Street Fighter 4 works untill it searches for a connection, at which point it freezes. Also if I do say, training(which doesn't require checking for a connection), everything plays normal untill I exit to the main menu, at which point I get a frozen black screen(with music!).
7.AR works fine unless I try to load miis, at which point it freezes.
8.The power button NEVER works. I have to hold the button for 10 seconds or whatever to turn off the system. Just pressing the button never works and I never get that screen asking if I want to put the system in sleep mode.
I'm thinking it's haunted.
