Such was the random message on a Japanese bulletin board on February 6th. Anyone who remembers the incident in Akihabara in 2008 will likely understand why the police jumped into action immediately.

The IP address of the post was soon traced to a Nintendo DSi, and on the day of the planned event, it was picked up again at an electronics store in Kawasaki City - 4 hours before the attack was to take place.

Police pounced, and seized a 15 year old boy who later told police "I acted alone. I just wanted to see how much chaos it would cause". Aside from the DSi, police found a bus ticket to Osaka, which police believe was his escape plan.
