It's not the percentage of uses, it's the percentage of what it's used for. You can kill a man with pretty much any conceivable object. Should they ban owning anything, including appendages? The devs aren't losing money because the game wouldn't have been purchased anyways. Rather than going after the homebrew market they should drop their prices to compete. Yes this will give them smaller margins but it should also make them focus on putting out quality games.

Technically, you are not pirating games or movies, etc., unless you are selling said copywrited material without permission. For example, selling a movie or game you downloaded on the street or on a website.

People who download for "educational" (personal) use are not pirating.

I could totally understand peoples views if the machines didn't say "BY BUYING THIS MACHINE AND USING IT, YOU AGREE NOT TO MOD IT OR USE ANY UNOFFICIAL ACCESSORIES AND TO FOLLOW THESE RULES", and if the software didn't say "IT IS ILLEGAL TO MAKE COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE DEVELOPERS", but they do - and THATS the fucking point!
