No. I'm not trying to be mean. I could send him a private message but it wouldn't be as much of a statement.
Its getting annoying and I'm pretty sure we don't need stupid mini lectures in every other thread. It's already happened in two of them.

Then I realized that you can just buy that game with out having to go through all these hoops to get one. Also when did post count matter? It is not like it is a race or anything ... is it?

That said, the DS is the only console I have ever owned that I feel is so overpriced and full of crap games with the occasional good one, that piracy is the only viable option for many people as they'd spend money on shit game after shit game til they got a good one.

Now back on topic, the new Zelda game.

Prof, if TP was the first and only Zelda game you played, then I want to ask you something. If I was to send you "Legend Of Zelda: Link To The Past" for GBA, would you PLEASE play it and write up some blog/report/thing as you play it? I only ask because I have it, and I know full well you'll go apeshit for it.

For a long time, I thought Link to the Past was the best in the series. Then I played Wind Waker. Fucking beautiful.

And to be able to drive a sword into Ganons face...priceless.

Bought it, played it, it was alright, and yes, driving a sword into Ganon's face was epic, but LTTP was epic from start to finish.

No, I liked it.

I don't know. I enjoyed WW more than OOT and MM, but I just preferred LTTP more than all of them.

LTTP was amazing but I have to think that its nostalgia speaking. Actually no, it just starts to flag for me towards the end where as WW builds.

But its a bit like choosing between pork pies and mince pies. I love both.

I can't speak to Wind Waker because I haven't played it, but LTTP is the Zelda game I have played the most. Back in my SNES days I played it and replayed it. Word of warning: don't try to use your own shovel to cheat at the digging game - you will "erase" the piece of heart from your game.

This game looks really good. I hope it gets close in comparison to phantom. WW series is my favorite. And no i dont get tired of playing the same game just like you dont get tired of killing zombies or shooting people. :shoot:

I just hope that there's no stupid thing like the great fish temple or whatever it was in PH. You gotta stay in the safe spots or your time runs out in front of enemies you can't kill unless you have a certain sword. I hated it so....
