Literally everything just got leaked.

The next update for Smash came out in Japan, and this was all pulled from the game's files. Roy and Ryu are officially in Smash Bros.
The twitter account that leaked all this also said that they should be released alongside Lucas TOMORROW.

Is anyone else just HYPE?

Did it actually get leaked or did ninteno release the info?

Because if it was a leak, right before E3...well, that's not good for Nintendo.

It's a leak. There was a Smash Bros direct scheduled for tomorrow morning, so all of this stuff was definitely gonna be in there.
The next Smash update was tomorrow as well, so I'm unsure if they were gonna leave Ryu for their web event or just push him out with all the Smash news.

Either way, it sucks pretty bad, but it's fantastic all the same.

EDIT - STREAM HERE Strange hackerguy does a thing. Kirby 64 stage confirmed.

EDIT 2 - Stream over, but thankfully someone mirrored some Ryu gameplay on Youtube
Be warned, I have no clue where this guy's head was at while playing/streaming, but he wasn't good at the game.
Half the time he was playing his own music, even though game audio was in tact, and other times (see, the first 3 minutes of the video) he'd just be doing other things without any warning, leaving the stream dead still.

It was still a fun watch though. Roy's tilts seem to be slightly different, thankfully... But still pretty clone-tier, which is garbage.
Lucas is exactly the same, though it looks like his downthrow sometimes puts people into a pitfall.

More Ryu gameplay mirrored on Youtube

Play as the most serious no nonsense fighter in a wacky mascot brawler.

Can't wait.

Official announcement at the 9:55 mark.

I am so fucking hype for Ryu. They kept his original Street Fighter motions in. You do that instead of the simplified ones and you get extra damage out of it. They also kept the parry sound from Street Fighter 3 when you shield block at the right moment. It is the little things that Nintendo did that makes me so happy.

I am about to fuck niggas up.
