Well the guys on NeoGaf are pretty reliable, so I'm going to assume it's real. In that case, it's fucking hideous, I didn't spend $1000+ on a HDTV to look at the screen on the controller. Seems like another shitty gimmick for Nintendo, meh meh meh. :roll:

First off, the screenshots you posted earlier were never confirmed to be real. There are a shitton of mock ups out there, some that even more well done than those images.
Second, why are you all jumping to conclusions that we know what it looks like already? ._.

Yeah. I was planning on posting a picture of the opened package upon arrival, as I still am, but it's yet to show up.
I know I'll end up coming home after graduation or something to a box riddled in postage and what-not.
It is quite unfortunate that it's lost somewhere though. Any package tracking available, or is it just out there?

this makes me extremly happy

- The new controller slightly resembles a Gamecube controller with a large LCD screen in the middle of it. The controller is light for its size and looks like a tablet with Gamecube-like prongs to the side. It has dual analogue sticks, face buttons, d-pad and shoulder buttons. No triggers were on the device.

- The screen on the controller is indeed a 6" LCD high resolution (reported 640 x 960 pixels) display. However, Nintendo said in order to keep battery life manageable, the controller doesn't have any hardware to produce graphics itself. The image is simply a video stream directly from the console.

- The controller uses rechargeable lithium ion batteries. Size of the battery is unknown.
