Wow, I am not sure to be either happy or angry. I mean hell, I am happy that we finally get was we were supposed to have back in 2006. But fuck man, Nintendo isn't even making it! 3rd Parties are picking up the slack that Nintendo left.

Overall, Nintendo doesn't seem to do a whole lot at all.

Nintendo's going to be pissed when they find out Nyko beat them to their next piece of hardware. See, they were waiting til everyone bought 4 Wiimotion pluses before bringing out a new controller that had it build in.

If Nintendo says nothing about something like this on the 24th at their media summit, nothing happens.
Nintendo's been sitting atop a cash cow for a while now, and it's not stopping the flow.
I also know that this wand won't impact sales very much, because a majority of the people who buy multiple WM+'s are the families who play wii sports resort the most (and by the most I meant one month of constant play). Knowing them, they wouldn't buy shit unless it had the sonic team Nintendo stamp of approval everywhere.

If anyone realizes a good business decision, it's a corporate giant like them. It may seem like a bitch to the fans (because.. yanno.. it is), but the real goal in gaming is money. Cold, hard, truth.
