Nobody cares for the Silent Hill reimagining on the Wii?

You know. The best looking wii game out there.

Congratulations Konami. You've succeeded in getting me pumped for a Wii game.

It looks like Konami is overseeing it more than they did with Origins, and initial impressions are very good.

Origins was this isn't (its also mentioned in my podcast time week...) It will be a re-imagining of the first game, with NO combat. Could be fun and makes up for the fact NoA and NoE are not planing to release Fatal Frame 3 in the West at the moment.

I'm definitely interested although I've never finished any of the games on the count of them being too scary.

Origins was done by Climax Studios, and everything I've seen says this one is being done by Climax as well. I hope that's wrong and that it's the original team, but I don't think they want to make Silent Hill games anymore (as a whole. I know Akira Yamaoka has to be involved ['else it isn't Silent Hill])

Maybe wrong, I thought I heard it was coming out of Konami Japan. But the whole Fatal Frame 3 mess has me too upset to think strait.

I mean, its great that the Wii is finally getting the kind of support it should have had from day one, but Silent Hill? I dunno....

LMAO. Quite possibly....

I dunno. I tried the first two and just couldn't do it. I think it was more to do with the controls than anything else. I just hated it. Same with the original Resident Evils - hated them with a passion, but went weak at the knees for RE4 on Wii.

Fingers crossed SHWii won't suck ass though. I gave up on Wii a while back, and it'd be nice to be proven wrong.

Oh yeah, 4, its not really whether its good or not, its not having the choice when there is so much stuff even less deserving being pushed out for Wii. I know its all going to be down to the the cost of translation but even so, still feel jipped.

The issue with Fatal Frame 4 is that the series was never that huge of a seller in the US if I remember correctly, and the fact that 4 is just rubbish would drop those sales further.

Fatal Frame 2 was an especially top-notch game that scares me so much to this day, but I don't seem to rememer it being a big money maker.
