Thinking about getting both games on steam soon. You guys think it is actually worth it? Is the game actually good? You think I would enjoy the game more than FFX?

Good graphics will not make FFXIII a good game, and its becoming increasingly apparent - and somewhat irritating - that you believe graphics are the most important thing to consider about games.

FFXIII-2 is, however, one of the greatest games I ever played. You don't need to have played FFXIII to understand it, as it brings you fully up to speed at the start, and the game is essentially a hybrid of FF and Pokemon.

I could not rate it highly enough, and it is so good I platinumed it AND bought every single bit of DLC.

You really think that highly of it? I'll tackle it as soon as I finish Okami HD (which btw is still amazingly giod after all these years).

I think so highly of it, I honestly place it alongside FFIX as joint second favourite, behind FFIV.

And check out my trophies if you need further evidence. Platinum all up in that bitch. And that ending will seriously come out of left field, dropkick you in the dick, and you will fucking love it. Every second of it.

And yeah, catching and raising monsters is fucking amazing, and then you can breed them to form unique monsters.

Also, having Odin under your command as third party member? Yes please.

XIII was garbage.

XIII-2 gameplay was improved over its predecessor, but the story was still god awful shit.
