I played an absolute FUCK LOAD of the original, had fun even though I picked a really stupid class combination of Ranger/Elementalist and I'm considering playing this if my pc can handle it.

I decided to buy it. There's a 3 hour server stress test today, so Ill be able to log in and play for a bit.

edit: pretty fun. I could see myself getting into it a lot more when I get better armor and equipment.

Holy shit this game is bitchin.

GOt it a couple days ago. Been playing fuck all else since. I'm playing a Female Asura Engineer. She actually turned out pretty cute looking to boot. I summon turrets and shit to deliver horrible amounts of pain to everything around me, and I can't help but yell "EEERECTIN' A SENTRY" every time I put one up. Put down a healing turret? "DISPENSER GOIN' UP!"

Basically I spent the whole game shooting people and legit shootdodging as I do it, then making TF2 references the whole time. It's awesome. I haven't even made a single different character yet because I'm having TOO MUCH FUCKING FUN with this one. That's a REALLY good sign for me with MMOs. Normally I make a whole bunch because I don't quite have fun and want to find something I like or am ggood at. Even when I fuck up I don't feel like I'm bored either. I just go 'holy shit, hahaa, I ballsed up there. let's have another crack at it'.

Basically, for someone who hates MMOs, it's refreshing, it's CONSTANTLY fun, it's great to play even single player, and it has no subscription fee meaning I don't feel like I HAVE to play it to get my money's worth, so the game itself doesn't stress me the fuck out or feel like a job that I pay for to do.

Combat's fun, dynamic, and easy to do, the community is helpful even if you aren't partied up... it's just all around solid gold. I love it already.
