Is it not true that Blizzard won't be concentrating on another Diablo game for the forseeable future. I heard that after the new Starcraft comes out, they're thinking about a new Warcraft game, due to the great success of WOW.

Well they recently announced Diablo 3 so I'd hope they'll be concentrating on it.

I've never actually played a Diablo game.

That probably is true. After SC2 they will probably be focusing on a new WC game. The reason I say this is because it looks like they're already done with Diablo3. It's not like they announced that they're going to start working on it. They announced it and said, here's a 20 minute game play video to get you salivating. It's probably been in the works for some time now and Blizzard has just done an incredible job hiding it.

Of course, they did the same with SC2. Blizzard don't announce something until they've got something substantial to show off.

I liked the original WarCraft games and I love StarCraft. Played WoW for a short time but it never really took with me, found it boring.

Never played Diablo so I can't really comment on those games. I'm just looking forward to StarCraft II.

Looks like D3 is going the same route as D2. Uses battlenet so I'm guessing it'll be the no more than 8 per server thing they had going last time.
