You ever played a Crackdown game Nintendawg?

Beat Crackdown one, and I've played a little of 2.

I absolutely loved my time in that city though.

It's gonna feel very much the same imo, just bigger!

Yeah, I getcha. But compared to their past... What? Five years? This was a good one.
Got Cowadooty outta the way first, and then ended it off with some solid announcements. The thing about that? No gameplay. I want to be hype for Crackdown and Scalebound, but I literally don't know what I'm in for with either one.

B- from me though. A few things held it back from being great, but there were also a few things that kept it from being 'eh'

About the same grade I would give, only because I saw more footage of shit I am interested in.

But again, it wasn't anything "new". We were all expecting a new CoD, a new Halo, hell even a new Tomb Raider.

A Tomb Raider announcement wasn't really expected at all imo even if a new game being made isn't a shock.

It was a great selling game, of course it was going to get a sequel!

Yeah, but I don't think anyone EXPECTED it to be announced at the MS show. Or even here at all necessarily. Makes perfect sense, but did anyone call a Tomb Raider reveal?

The Halo collection pisses me off so bad. Fuck you 343.

Halo CE HD: Already released
Halo 2 HD: An actual HD remake
Halo 3: LITERALLY NOTHING HAS CHANGED
Halo 4: THIS JUST CAME OUT 18 MONTHS AGO

>Halo 3 not given an update
>No PC release

100 Multiplayer Maps on Xbox One justifies the whole shebang, tbh...

I'm actually kinda stoked about the Master Chief Collection and I'm not really even Halo fan.

I think the package they've put together is pretty fantastic actually.

Also, Halo 3 at least got a visual upgrade I guess to 1080p and 60fps. As well as it's online and missions will be unified within the compilation which imo is great itself.

H3 got an upgrade? The liveblog I was watching said they didn't change anything.

Yeah, it's 1080p and 60fps. The whole collection. Also, I think they've added a new modernized game engine that you can switch between in each game. They way the explained the engine switching sounded really cool to me. I was watching a live interview on IGN with a couple guys from 343.

EDIT: engine stuff doesn't appear to apply to 3 and 4, which kinda makes sense. More details here on stuff

So we have,

Forza Horizon 2,
Sunset Overdrive,
Expansion for Dead Rising 2,
Fable Legends,
Project Spark,
Halo 5,
Halo Collection,
A fuckload of indie games,
Phantom Dust,
Scalebound,
CRACKDOWN.

I'm happy to say they're doing another mighty fine job of giving us some decent games. I'm happy with this.

As mentioned in a different thread, though, i'm tired of waiting 3 years after the announcement of a game just to play the fucker.

Crackdown reveal was my favorite moment. Previous versions were so much fun, and these'll be next gen entries. Waiting to drop Crackdown 3 now on the XB1 and not tail end of the 360 cycle was a great move.

Crackdown was a fantastic way to finish it all off, however, my favourite point thus far has been Rainbow 6. That 5 on 5 gameplay with the hostage (although extremely scripted) looks to be something I would get some amazing enjoyment from.

My favourite MS moment thus far has got to be Forza Horizon 2. So much fun had on the original, and the music looks to be back in full swing, as that was a major part of the first.
