If you like shmups, grab Deathsmiles (cheap retail titles), Deathsmiles 2x (Games on Demand title), Radiant Silvergun, Triggerheart Excelica, and Trouble Witches Neo.

There are tons more to import too.

Also, Rock Band Blitz is 1/2 off this week, IIRC.

Tales of Vesperia. Alan Wake. If you've got a Kinect, it's worth snagging the Kinect Sports collection that came out today and the Dance Central games.

Also, viva Pinata and Viva Pinata Trouble in Paradise. Those games are some of the most addicting things I've played in my life.

I don't personally care for it, but everyone I know says Skyrim is better on the 360, so if you haven't got that, could be an option.

My only gripe is that there's no DLC for it on PS3 yet, but even when that finally comes out, the new stuff comes out on 360 first, so I'm wishing I'd gotten Skyrim for 360 if only for that reason.
