Considering they're add-ons that boot up as GTA IV, yes, yes they do.

CoDMW 1 was really good. 2 was like 'eh it's okay'. 3 is just fucking bullshit man. It sickens me how shit that game is.

GTA4 was really really good, both gameplay and storywise, and the two dlc packs are a BLAST to play, they really are, you should get them both and play them both to completion. GTA4 and its two packs have really nice stories to them and great missions. Personally, I preferred Lost and the Damned to Ballad of Gay Tony in terms of story and missions and content and guns and shit, but Ballad of Gay Tony has some incredible moments that are just hilarious and super cool.
