Agreed. I'm almost ready to switch to Sony next generation anyway since Microsoft started putting more and more ads in the dashboard with every update. I'm not paying for Xbox live so I can get ads thrown in my face. I stay with Xbox mostly because I like the controller better. If I can't buy used games, I'll go to Sony. I really have no loyalties to either company and will get whichever console seems to suck less.

I really see consoles heading towards a "digital only" era of owning games. It might not happen next gen, but in 10 years you'll be downloading all of your games straight from Microsoft and Sony servers.

Yeah there's no chance it'll be this gen but it's happening, for sure.

As for anti-reselling, I see that as a strong possability. It won't effect me so much, I buy my games and keep them for the most part. It'll be just like steam, and I'm happy with that, so long as the prices are reasonable.
