Yup, had to win it though. There was a booth showcasing Hoard mode and if you are first place or do something "cool", then you get a shirt. I got one after the rest of the team died and I killed the rest of the hoard. A friend of mine and a cousin got one too. Also, Gears 2 beenie.

Also got a metal cog tag, though I forgot where I left it.
