I input the code and it says something along the lines of "Here is Your Download Code:" Then nothing.

Yeah, I checked. If you highlight all the text, there is a little tiny box where an image is meant to appear.

I think that each code is unique, and this one has already been redeemed.

No worries. I'm not really a Disturbed fan. I just love Rock Band. And the more songs you have, the better chance somebody at a party will enjoy it.
