To be honest, I was very sceptical about Rock Band at first. I wanted it but I didn't feel it was worth me paying £180. I managed to get hold of it for £130 though and I love the game. It's fun on solo but even better if you get a few mates round!

LOL. Yeah, twas most awesome. I kinda screwed up the guitar part, but playing an expert song for the first time.... 97% ain't too shabby though. Gotta say though, you were pretty on the beat there, and it actually helped me somewhat, although I went arse-up when you went "freestyle"

This is definately a purchase for PS3 when it finally gets released, and I'm sure Zack is gonna love it.

Yeah, my apologies but most of the earlier songs are pretty boring so whenever there's a drum fill I like to go wild. Problem with the drums is that they're so loud. I found a website that explains how to mod them to make them quieter (basically put rubber and felt over the pads) so I'm going to do that this weekend. Will be nice to hear what I'm playing for once.

It's much better on 360 since it's got achievements. Gives you much MUCH more replay value.

Being a German major, I jump at the chance to do the vocals for the German tracks.

It gets people very interested at parties to see somebody singing in another language. They tend to get their courage up more, and are willing to give vocals a try after that.

My current favourite Rock Band song is Crushcrushcrush by Paramore. Doesn't hurt that their singer is hot.
