So I get my Vita this Wednesday and I'm not loaded at the minute, so I can only choose a single fighting game for the console. All look *really* good but I'm not too sure which to choose..

Mortal Kombat - I've really wanted to play the newest MK release but havn't had time yet. This looks like a good opportunity to jump in. It's got lovely visuals and I've been waiting for a decent MK game since Ultimate 3. The problem is, I could easily buy the collection from PSN/XBLA.

Marvel Vs Capcom 3 - Another I've bee waiting a while to play, but I've heard it's really short. There's a big character selection (Including Thor) but I'm not all that sure it'll be worth my while. Plus I have Street Fighter for all my capcom goodness, and I might be getting SF X T on release...

Blazblue - Never played one of these but I've heard great things. I'd love a fresh fighter to put my mind to but I've heard it's very technical, and I'm more Strategically minded as opposed to technically when it comes to fighting games so I'm closed to excelling at something more mainstream than something like Blazblue.


Can anyone suggest? And if you're getting a Vita, what fighting game are you thinking of getting?

UMvC3 on the Vita is actually pretty solid.

BTW, MK is having a GOTY edition with all the DLC later this year, UMvC3 is unbalanced to fuck (although it is fun as shit), and BlazBlue will frustrate the poop out of you.

Sorry, I dont much play fighting games. I am told however that blazblue shares it's game save between ps3 and vita. So thats pretty cool

Which RPG are you getting?

We was looking at Dungeon Hunter: Alliance in HMV. I have the PS3 version and its pretty tits, but not compatible with the Vita version.

I might skip a fightan game and just get Assassin's Creed or God of War for PSP.

God of War on PSP is great. AC, not so much.
