If I find the DS version for cheap, I might get it. I like the game, but a few things I am kinda "meh" about it. The formula for the story is too similar to the first few FF games. Kinda makes it predictable. Also, there seems to be "chosen one" vibe here. I guess thats why I like the male lead in FF6 more. He seems to be like an everyman. No real powers, just a simple thief. Golbez, eh I don't know. He just doesn't seem to fit the evil guy personaHERE BE SECRETS It seemed awkward. If anything, I like the side characters more: Palom, Porom, Cid and Tellah are awesome. |

That spoiler thing happens for a reason, son. You'll see. Also, how often are you using Palom and Porum? Just wondering... Also also, Cid is godlike. And Tellah is win. If he gets to meet Edward, please tell me they kept the original insult in... |

Palom and Porom I am not using right now since they are statues in Baron. If I recall, yes it is in there. I do remember Tellah calling Edward a spoony bard. HERE BE SECRETS |

I am further into the game than that I am in the Underworld. About to go to the Tower of Babel. Cid is fixing the airship. |

Lol half hour later, still don't know what you talkin bout. Currently have Edge in my party. I decided to grind out a bit before heading on one of the quests. Now shit seems to be a cake walk. One thing that always gets me though: when I want to grind, no random encounters. When I am trying to find my way out of dungeons, a fucking random encounter after every 2 steps. |

It's pretty good, I am trying to drag the game long enough for me to feel like it is a long quest. Currently about 13-14 hours in and my part (except for Edge) is at level 40. I am going for that Yang sidequest HERE BE SECRETS |

MALBOROS FUCKING PISS ME OFF God damn it, I am trying to get these treasure chests in the Sylph cave and all of them are "Monsters in a Box". But one of them has 4 FUCKING MALBOROS. God damn, Bad Breath is the gayest move since Richard Simmons training videos. |
